Role Description This is a full time, in office Sales Staff role based in Kesinga. The Sales Staff member will engage with existing and potential customers, present product offerings, and support order processing and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include visiting local retailers or distributors, explaining product features and pricing, and handling inquiries or minor issues in coordination with the internal team. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring inventory needs,



and preparing basic sales reports for management review. The Sales Staff member will collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets, support promotional activities, and represent OPG Nuts LLP in a professional manner.

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Candidates should possess basic sales, negotiation, and customer service skills to support product promotion and closing of orders.
Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle daily visits, follow-ups, and record-keeping efficiently.
Candidates should possess basic numeracy and computer skills to manage pricing, billing details, and simple sales reports.
Previous experience in field sales, retail, or FMCG distribution is beneficial.
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional commercial or business training is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Kesinga, travel locally as needed, and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.
