Role Description This full time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Indore. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. Daily activities include engaging with potential clients, presenting company solutions, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role also includes managing key accounts, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. The Business Development Executive is expected to meet defined targets, analyze market trends,



and provide feedback to support strategic growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships, negotiate terms, and support long-term client retention.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
Candidates should ideally have basic knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and market research techniques.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage time efficiently, and operate with integrity and professionalism.
