Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced F&B; Manager to oversee café operations, manage service and kitchen coordination, supervise staff, and maintain food quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily café and food service operations.
Supervise and train service staff.
Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
Handle customer feedback and complaints.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.




Manage staff duty rosters and work allocation.
Monitor sales, expenses, and operational costs.
Maintain service standards and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
