Role Description The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, including supervising pharmacy technicians, ensuring accurate prescription processing, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing inventory, monitoring medication storage and handling, and implementing best practices in pharmacy workflow and safety. The role involves providing patient counseling, coordinating immunization services, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers. The Pharmacy Manager will also handle staff scheduling, training, performance oversight, and contribute to process improvements.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and related regulations, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
Experience working with Pharmacy Technicians, including supervision, mentoring, and coordination of team responsibilities.
Proficiency in handling Prescriptions, including verification, dispensing, documentation, and patient counseling.
Familiarity with Immunization services, including vaccine protocols, documentation, and patient education.
Bachelor’s or diploma in Pharmacy from an accredited institution; valid pharmacy license/registration as required by local regulations.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with attention to accuracy and patient safety.
Experience with pharmacy management software, inventory control, and basic reporting.
Ability to work in office in Ludhiana, manage a team, and maintain high standards of ethical and qualified conduct.
