Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage sales enquiries generated by the marketing team.
Contact customers promptly to understand their HVAC product requirements.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and technical advantages to customers.
Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
Follow up regularly with customers on submitted quotations and pending enquiries.
Coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable HVAC solutions.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order status.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery updates.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
