Role Description This is a full time, on-site Salesperson role based in Delhi, India. The Salesperson will engage with walk-in and existing customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products and solutions. Daily responsibilities include explaining product advantages, managing inquiries, handling point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role involves supporting store merchandising, ensuring products are well-presented, and assisting with inventory checks and restocking.



The Salesperson will also help with local promotional activities, build long-term customer relationships, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets while upholding high standards of service and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Ability to understand customer needs, communicate clearly, and build trust-based relationships.
Strong interest in Ayurvedic or wellness products and willingness to learn product details and benefits.
Basic sales and retail skills, including handling transactions, maintaining records, and supporting merchandising.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory support and store presentation.
