Role Description The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial records for clients and the firm. This full-time, on-site role in Bhilai includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining general ledgers, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The role involves preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The Financial Accountant will reconcile accounts, monitor transactions, support audits,



and collaborate with colleagues and clients to address financial queries. The position also includes continuous improvement of accounting processes and effective use of accounting software for efficient reporting.

Qualifications
Robust foundations in Finance and Accounting, with practical experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
Proficiency in Accounting Software and related tools used for bookkeeping, reporting, and data management.
Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support decision-making.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, taxation basics, and regulatory requirements.
High level of accuracy, numerical aptitude, and attention to detail in all financial work.
Ability to work on-site in Bhilai, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Prior experience in an accounting or audit firm is an advantage.
