Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telemarketer role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products or services, generate interest, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include following call scripts, maintaining accurate records of conversations, updating customer information in the system, and meeting call and conversion targets. The role also involves answering basic queries, providing courteous customer service, and sharing feedback from customers to help improve sales strategies.



Telemarketers will collaborate closely with sales and customer support teams while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage confidently and professionally with diverse customers.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Sales skills to handle inquiries, build rapport, and support lead generation and conversions.
Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to efficiently coordinate and confirm meetings for the sales team.
Basic computer literacy, including experience with CRM tools or call-tracking software, is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area and manage high call volumes with attention to detail.
Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer support is an advantage but not strictly required.
Comfort with working toward targets and performance metrics, with a proactive and resilient attitude.
