​WE ARE HIRING: Holiday Cruise Sales Expert ​Job Details: ​Role: Holiday Cruise Sales Expert ​Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra ​Compensation: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000 PM (Up to 20% hike on last CTC) + Uncapped Incentives ​Experience Required: 1.5 to 5 years (in B2C Sales, Luxury Travel, Hospitality, or High-ticket Inside Sales) ​Qualification: Graduates Only ​Working Days: 5 Days a week ​Key Responsibilities: ​Sales & Revenue: Convert qualified B2C leads from inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and official WhatsApp channels into premium cruise bookings. ​Consultative Luxury Selling: Act as a luxury travel consultant by understanding customer preferences, timelines, and budgets to present tailored cruise itineraries aligning with brand. Maximize booking values by upselling premium cabins, suites, shore excursions, onboard dining, and exclusive event packages. ​Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with guests to secure repeat bookings and proactively resolve post-sales queries. ​Requirements: ​1.5 to 5 years of experience in B2C sales, luxury travel sales, hospitality,
