Role Description The Sales Executive role at Avance Finance is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective customers, explain financial products and services, and guide clients through the application and onboarding process. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting in-person meetings, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities. The role involves achieving sales targets,



collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The Sales Executive is expected to provide clear, professional communication and deliver a high level of service to build lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse customers.
Basic understanding of financial products, lending processes, or banking services (training may be provided).
Ability to work in office in Delhi and manage field visits or client meetings as needed.
Proficiency in maintaining records, using basic office software, and handling documentation accurately.

Prior experience in sales or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.
