Role Description The Audit Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Audit Manager will oversee audit engagements from planning through completion, including risk assessment, scope definition, and allocation of work to audit team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and performing detailed testing of financial records and internal controls. The role involves supervising and mentoring junior staff, resolving audit issues, preparing audit reports and documentation, and communicating findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.



The Audit Manager will also contribute to process improvements, support client relationship management, and assist in practice development initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant standards and regulations.
Experience working with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and analysis for accuracy and compliance.
Proven background in Financial Audits, including planning, execution, documentation, and reporting of audit engagements.
Well-developed Analytical Skills for identifying risks, evaluating internal controls, and drawing explicit, data-driven conclusions.
Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent, and prior experience in audit management or senior audit roles.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, including coaching, delegation, and performance review of audit staff.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with audit and accounting software tools.
