Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Provide software installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting support.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic networking issues.
Manage email accounts, user access, antivirus, and system updates.
Provide support for Windows OS, MS Office, and other business applications.
Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and hardware inventory.
Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs and technical support.
Ensure regular data backups and basic IT security practices.
Provide day-to-day IT support to all departments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
