Role Description This full-time, in office Elementary School Teacher role is based in the Pune Division. The teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include creating engaging classroom activities, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student performance. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, communicating regularly with families, managing classroom behavior, and supporting students’ academic and personal development.



The teacher will also participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities to continuously improve teaching practices.
Qualifications
Curriculum Development and Elementary Education skills to design and implement effective lesson plans and learning activities.
Teaching and Education experience to deliver instruction, support diverse learning needs, and manage classroom dynamics.
Solid Communication skills to interact with students, families, and colleagues in a transparent, respectful, and professional manner.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
Relevant teaching certification or licensure, as required by local regulations.
Experience working with young learners in a classroom or school setting.
Ability to use basic educational technology and digital resources to support learning.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, student-centered, and culturally responsive teaching practices.
