Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Entra ID and SharePoint for IAM.

• Hands-on experience with SOC 2 and CMMC compliance frameworks.

• Proficiency in policy writing, security training, vulnerability management, risk management, and incident handling.

• Broad knowledge of cybersecurity domains, with the ability to adapt to various security roles and tasks.

• Familiarity with AWS and GCP is a plus.

• Ability to work independently, quickly adapt to current challenges, and operate with minimal oversight.

• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving issues.

•ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Skilled (CISSP)

•ISACA Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)

• Experience with Tugboat Logic/OneTrust platforms for compliance management.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics implementation and support (not security-related but a plus for IT support).

• Experience with Azure management, including virtualization, networking, and firewall configuration.

• Ability to conduct tabletop exercises or similar security simulations (internal focus preferred).
