Role Description The Hotel Receptionist is a full time, on-site role based at Sita Manor Hotel in Gwalior. The person in this role will greet guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures, handle room reservations, and respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate guest records, processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and ensuring the front desk area is organized and presentable. The Hotel Receptionist will also assist with guest requests, provide local information, and resolve basic service issues,



escalating complex matters to management when needed.
Qualifications
Robust Interpersonal Skills to interact courteously and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Experience with Receptionist Duties, including check-in/check-out processes and front desk operations.
Ability to manage Reservations accurately using hotel booking systems or related software.
Professional Phone Etiquette for handling calls, inquiries, and guest requests.
Clear and effective Communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic computer literacy and comfort working with scheduling or hotel management systems.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
