This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales, particularly in the B2B sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts by identifying potential clients, conducting field visits, and generating leads. Key responsibilities include identifying and generating recent B2B sales leads through market research, networking, and field visits. You will conduct regular client meetings to explore recent business opportunities and understand client requirements. The role also involves introducing and explaining our products and services to potential clients, scheduling meetings, and following up diligently with prospects to assist in converting leads into customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing quotations and proposals, maintaining the sales pipeline and customer database,



and achieving assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets. Building and maintaining qualified relationships with existing and prospective clients is essential, as is coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients. To succeed in this role, you should possess valuable communication and interpersonal skills, be confident in meeting clients in person, and have a willingness to travel for field visits. Solid convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills are crucial, along with a target-oriented and self-motivated attitude. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is also required.
