Role Description The Chairside Dental Assistant is a full time, in office role based in Mumbai, supporting the dental team during patient treatments and procedures. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing instruments and materials, assisting the dentist chairside, and ensuring adherence to proper infection control and sterilization protocols. The role involves welcoming patients, explaining basic procedural steps, and helping maintain a calm, professional environment. The Chairside Dental Assistant will also help with operatory setup and cleanup, updating patient records as directed,



managing appointment flow, and coordinating with the front desk team when needed.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Dental Assisting and chairside support during a variety of dental procedures.
Knowledge of Dental Care and Dentistry principles, including basic treatment procedures and clinical workflows.
Understanding of Oral Care practices and ability to reinforce patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Proficiency in Sterilization techniques and infection control standards for instruments, equipment, and treatment areas.
Relevant certification or diploma in dental assisting or dental nursing from a recognized institution.
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow clinical protocols accurately.
Effective communication skills, professional bedside manner, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Willingness to learn, adapt to clinic procedures, and maintain high standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
