Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Lucknow. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closure. The specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers, respond to inquiries, and maintain solid customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales proposals, coordinating with marketing for campaigns and promotional activities, tracking sales performance,



and reporting on market trends and competitor activities. The role also includes supporting training initiatives for current team members on product knowledge and sales processes, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
Customer Service and client relationship skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term trust.
Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
Training experience or the ability to support onboarding and skill development for sales team members.
