Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Mysore. The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, from initial inquiry through project completion and follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating bookings and schedules, preparing proposals and quotations, responding to client queries, and ensuring transparent communication between clients and the photography team. The role also involves overseeing project timelines, tracking deliverables, managing payments and basic documentation, and maintaining accurate records in studio systems. The Account Manager will support business development activities,



contribute to client retention initiatives, and help improve service processes to enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications
Robust client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple projects, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
Basic business and administrative skills, such as managing documentation, invoices, and payment tracking.
Comfort using office software, email, and basic digital tools; familiarity with CRM or project management systems is an advantage.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Ability to work on-site in Mysore, collaborate with a creative team, and adapt to a fast-paced studio environment.
Prior experience in account management, client services, or a similar role; experience in photography or creative industries is a plus.
Relevant education in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is solid.
