Role: SA BP – Service Advisor (Body Shop)

Job Summary: Manage customer requirements for vehicle body repairs, accident repairs, denting, and painting, coordinating with the body shop team to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles with customers and document visible damage.
Prepare job cards and repair estimates.
Coordinate with insurance surveyors and insurance teams where applicable.
Follow up with denting, painting, and body repair technicians.
Communicate repair progress, costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
Conduct final checks and coordinate vehicle handover.

Requirements
Experience in automobile body shop service advising preferred.
Knowledge of denting, painting, accident repairs, and insurance processes.
Robust customer service and coordination skills.
Diploma or ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
