Core Responsibilities
Task Delegation: Assign daily duties based on individual team member strengths and project timelines.
Performance Monitoring: Track progress toward goals, manage daily workflows, and report updates to senior management.
Training and Coaching: Provide mentorship, onboard recent hires, and identify ongoing skill-building needs.
Conflict Resolution: Address and solve problems or disagreements within the team to maintain positive morale.
Communication Bridge: Act as the main link between upper management and staff, relaying explicit instructions and feedback.

Key Skills and Qualifications
Leadership: Ability to motivate, inspire, and lead by positive example.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to deliver explicit project briefs.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to resolve operational roadblocks and interpersonal issues.
Organization: Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills to keep projects on schedule.
Experience: Typically requires a high school diploma or a degree in business management, alongside proven supervisory experience in a relevant industry.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
