Role Description The Sales Manager at Samara Gym is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for driving membership growth, managing sales targets, and developing strategies to increase revenue. Day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring the sales team, handling member inquiries, conducting gym tours, and closing membership and service packages. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns and events. The role also involves building robust relationships with members, maintaining a high standard of customer experience,



and ensuring consistent follow-up with leads and prospects.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in fitness, wellness, or service-oriented industries.
Strong skills in lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing sales.
Ability to set, track, and achieve sales targets using data-driven methods and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse members and staff.
Experience training, mentoring, and motivating a sales team to meet performance goals.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts, promotions, and local outreach activities.
Comfort working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed by gym operations.
