Key Responsibilities:
Interact with international customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve service inquiries.
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and ensure quick resolution times.
Log customer interactions and query details accurately in the CRM software.
Adhere to international communication quality standards and protocol.

Requirements:
Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Graduate degree.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
0–2 years of customer service / BPO experience (freshers with excellent English are welcome).
Ability to work comfortably during fixed day-shift timings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
