Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT industry.
Find potential clients for software development, web development, mobile app development, and other IT services.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and other online platforms.
Connect with decision-makers, business owners, and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
Schedule client meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects.
Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
Previous experience in an IT company or software development company is preferred.
Positive understanding of software development, web applications, mobile applications, and IT services.




Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email outreach, and cold calling is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
