Role Description This is a full-time, in office Fashion Designer role based in Madurai. The Fashion Designer will develop original garment concepts, sketches, and collections aligned with the brand’s identity and seasonal trends. Daily responsibilities include selecting textiles and trims, coordinating color palettes, and working with pattern makers and tailors to achieve accurate fits. The role involves overseeing sample development, reviewing fittings, refining designs, and incorporating embroidery or other embellishments as needed.



The Fashion Designer will collaborate with production and merchandising teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and ready for market.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Fashion Design and Fashion, including concept development, sketching, and collection planning.
Knowledge of Textiles, with the ability to select appropriate fabrics and materials for different designs and uses.
Experience with Embroidery and decorative techniques to enhance garment aesthetics.
Proficiency in Fitting, including working with patterns and samples to achieve accurate and comfortable fits.
Relevant education in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
Attention to detail, solid time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with basic fashion illustration or design software is an advantage.
