Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective buyers from database lists or digital leads.
Introduce residential or commercial real estate projects, highlighting key selling points, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans.
Handle incoming property inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, or web portals.
Qualify customer requirements (budget, preferred location, property size, and timeline).
Coordinate and schedule face-to-face site visits or meetings between clients and the sales closing team.
Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to nurture long-term interest.
Log and update all call logs, customer feedback, and lead statuses accurately in the company CRM or database.
Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and site visit conversions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
