Role Description The Associate will work on a full-time, in office basis at the Mumbai office, supporting partners and senior lawyers across a range of matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing statutes and case law, and preparing memoranda and opinions. The Associate will assist in client meetings, help prepare case strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal work. The role also involves managing case files,



maintaining detailed documentation, and staying up to date with relevant legal and regulatory developments. The position offers opportunities to take on increasing responsibility, contribute to complex matters, and develop expertise within the firm’s core practice areas.

Qualifications
Completed law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized institution and eligibility to practice law in India
Strong legal research and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and case law.
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, legal notices, and advisory documents with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
Professional integrity, sound judgment, and a client-focused approach to service delivery.
Comfort with using legal research databases and standard office productivity tools.
Prior internship or work experience at law firms, corporate legal departments.
