Fortune Spaces is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented accountant with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in GST registration, GST return filing, and monthly GST compliance. The candidate should be capable of independently handling GST-related activities, accounting records, and statutory compliance within the prescribed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Handle GST registration, amendments, and cancellation procedures.
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, as applicable.
Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records and maintain input tax credit (ITC) records.
Verify sales invoices, purchase invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
Maintain books of accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
Prepare invoices, payment records, and outstanding receivables/payables statements.
Ensure timely GST compliance and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with TDS, income tax documentation, and other statutory compliance as required.




Coordinate with clients, vendors, and tax specialists regarding accounting and taxation matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Com or equivalent qualification in accounting/finance preferred.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in GST registration and monthly GST return filing is mandatory.
Practical knowledge of the GST portal and GST compliance procedures.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Solid understanding of bookkeeping, invoice verification, and reconciliation.
Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
