Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Doctor (Cosmetology) role based in Thane. The doctor will perform cosmetic consultations, assess patient needs, and develop individualized treatment plans for skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns. Daily responsibilities include conducting procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables, and other dermatologic or cosmetology interventions, while monitoring patient safety and outcomes. The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, counseling patients on pre- and post-procedure care, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards. The doctor will also collaborate with other healthcare specialists,



participate in case discussions, and contribute to patient satisfaction through professional, empathetic communication.

Qualifications
Relevant medical degree (e.g., MBBS/BDS/BHMS) with specialization or certification in cosmetology, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine.
Hands-on experience in cosmetic procedures such as laser therapy, chemical peels, fillers, botulinum toxin injections, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
Strong knowledge of skin and hair conditions, treatment modalities, and patient safety guidelines.
Ability to conduct thorough clinical assessments, explain treatment options clearly, and obtain informed consent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach and respect for diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in maintaining medical documentation, following clinic protocols, and complying with local healthcare regulations.
Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment, with robust time management and decision-making skills.
