Job Summary

Oncowin Cancer Center is looking for a qualified and patient-focused Receptionist cum Billing Executive to manage front desk operations, patient registration, billing activities, and appointment coordination. The candidate should have positive communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience in hospital reception and billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors and guide them appropriately.
Manage patient registration, appointments, and front desk inquiries.
Prepare accurate bills for consultations, procedures, investigations, and other hospital services.
Handle cash, card, UPI,



and other authorized payment methods and maintain payment records.
Verify patient details and ensure accurate billing entries in the hospital software.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
Explain billing details and payment procedures to patients and their attendants.
Maintain billing records, receipts, and daily cash reconciliation reports.
Support insurance, TPA, and cashless billing documentation, wherever applicable.
Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding hospital services.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
