Role Description The Food and Beverage Intern will support daily restaurant operations in a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include assisting with food service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and service areas. The intern will help welcome guests, provide menu information, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service. The role involves learning basic culinary and service techniques, following hygiene and safety standards,



and supporting inventory and stock checks as needed. The intern will work closely with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in food and beverage operations and guest engagement.

Qualifications
Strong interest in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, with a willingness to learn and perform hands-on tasks.
Customer Service and Communication skills, including a polite, professional manner and the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
Basic Culinary Skills or a desire to develop foundational kitchen and preparation skills under guidance.
Ability to follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours as required.
Enrollment in or completion of a hospitality, hotel management, or related program is an advantage but not mandatory.
Prior internship or part-time experience in restaurants, cafes, or hotels is a plus.
