About the Role

We are looking for a Telecalling Sales Manager to lead our telecalling team, drive qualified site visits, and improve team performance.

Career Growth: This is a high-growth leadership role with the chance to become a Senior Manager and lead a team of 20+ within 6 months, based on performance and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage telecallers, set targets, review daily performance, and drive accountability.
Daily Execution: Ensure timely lead calling, follow-ups, site visit bookings, confirmations, and attendance.




Conversion Improvement: Review call recordings, coach telecallers, handle escalations, and improve site visit booking and completion rates.
Hiring & Training: Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate telecallers through regular coaching and roleplays.
Weekly Reviews: Track individual performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead data, follow-up discipline, and daily and weekly performance reports.

Candidate Requirements
2+ years in telecalling or inside sales, including 1+ year managing a team.
Proven experience achieving team sales or appointment booking targets.
Strong people management, coaching, and communication skills.
Experience using CRM systems and sales performance reports.
Fluent in both Tamil and English (mandatory).
Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory.
No degree requirement. Performance and experience matter more.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
