Bhatkawa Tea Industries Ltd | Kolkata Head Office, with travel to estates in the Dooars and Terai
Bhatkawa Tea Industries Ltd is a vertically integrated CTC tea producer with two estates, Bhatkawa and Pahargoomiah, in North Bengal, and a head office in Kolkata. We are seeking a Manager - Operations to run the Director’s office as a project and performance management function.
Reports to: Director
Responsibilities:
Own the Director’s action tracker across estates, head office, legal, HR, finance and IT. Drive every item to closure with named owners and deadlines.
Run weekly review calls with garden managers.
Track capital and development projects.
Follow up on internal audit observations and compliance actions.
Coordinate vendors, consultants and advisors. Prepare briefing notes and minutes.
