e are looking for an experienced Concierge skilled with 6–12 years of experience in 5-star hotels to provide personalized guest assistance and ensure a high standard of guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with their requirements.
Arrange transportation, airport transfers, and local sightseeing.
Handle restaurant reservations, event bookings, and special guest requests.
Provide information about local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments.
Assist VIP guests and provide personalized services.
Handle guest queries and resolve service-related concerns promptly.
Maintain updated information on hotel facilities and local services.
Coordinate luggage assistance and other guest services when required.
Maintain guest records and ensure service requests are completed on time.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
