Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Ranchi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying recent sales opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and meeting assigned sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include visiting prospective and current clients, presenting product and service offerings, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing deals. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.



The Sales Executive will also gather market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and support promotional activities to increase brand awareness and revenue.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent client service.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present offerings clearly and confidently.
Proven capacity to meet or exceed sales targets and work with basic sales reporting and documentation.
Comfort with on-site field work, including regular client visits in and around Ranchi.
Basic understanding of local market dynamics; prior sales experience in retail, services, or FMCG is an advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high ethical standards.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with phone, email, and basic productivity tools; willingness to learn any required sales or CRM systems.
