Define a portfolio product strategy from first principles that becomes the org’s reference point; drives multi-pod execution and measurable portfolio outcomes
Identify and delivers multiple Annual Operating Plan-shaping bets; consistently makes correct profitability vs growth calls across portfolio, shifts business trajectory with durable levers (pricing, distribution, unit economics, cost-to-serve)
Design pod-level org structure and capability plan that materially increases throughput and quality; shapes cross-functional Hiring AOP with high accuracy; prevents bottlenecks before they form.
Build a solid leadership bench; direct reports consistently progress levels. Establishes pod-wide talent mechanisms with counterparts that raise performance across functions.
Design and evolve the pod operating system (planning, decision forums, execution reviews, launch readiness, learning loops) with measurable improvements in reliability and speed.
Demonstrate thought leadership and be the go to person for product decisions for internal and external stakeholders.
Engage with external customers and stakeholders, communicate objectives and progress.
