Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Bengaluru. The Delivery Driver is responsible for picking up, transporting, and delivering packages, food, or other goods to customers and business locations in a timely and safe manner. Day-to-day tasks include planning routes, loading and unloading items, verifying delivery details, obtaining delivery confirmations, and maintaining the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle. The role also involves interacting with customers courteously, handling payments or delivery documentation when required, and following local traffic and safety regulations.



The Delivery Driver is expected to manage their schedule, respond promptly to client requests, and ensure a professional and reliable service experience.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and handle customer interactions professionally.
Sales and Food & Beverage experience is a plus, particularly for deliveries involving retail orders, food deliveries, or client relationship building.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and solid knowledge of Bengaluru routes and local traffic rules.
Ability to lift and carry packages safely, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic record-keeping skills for tracking deliveries, payments, and customer details.
Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on every delivery.
