About the Role

As a Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the marketing strategies to promote Maven Silicon's brand and services, increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to achieve organizational goals.
Oversee all aspects of the company’s brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Conduct market research to identify trends, prospects, and competitive threats.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including brochures, website content, blog posts, and presentations.
Manage relationships with media outlets and oversee public relations activities.
Plan and execute marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and workshops.




Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Generate regular reports on marketing metrics and provide insights to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and propose innovative strategies to enhance marketing performance.

Requirements
8 - 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the education management industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in marketing automation software and CRM systems.
