We have an urgent openings for the position of Manager in Group Business in one of the leading Life Insurance Companies.
Job Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close recent business opportunities with corporates, SMEs, financial institutions, and distribution partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets for Group Term Life, Credit Life, and other group products.
Develop robust relationships with brokers, corporate agents, banks, NBFCs, and employee perk consultants.
Conduct regular partner engagement activities, product trainings, and joint sales calls.
Ensure high partner satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand customer needs and provide timely proposals and customized solutions.
Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and regulatory updates impacting group insurance.
Coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, operations, and finance teams for proposal issuance and policy servicing.
Maintain accurate MIS, forecasts, and reporting.
