Position: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Sales

Qualification: BE or Equivalent

Experience: 6 to 12 years in automotive component/parts sales (experience in complete vehicle sales will not be considered)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market and product analysis to identify potential customers and current business opportunities.
Monitor competition trends and provide strategic insights.
Ensure on-time closure of RFQs by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive realization of recent projects according to timelines.
Develop, monitor, and adhere to business plans for the profit center; track monthly performance against targets.
Monitor customer credit balances and maintain minimal overdue receivables.
Enhance customer satisfaction and initiate improvement actions wherever required.
Coordinate with internal teams and departments to align with organizational goals.
