Role & responsibilities
Source and acquire Used Car Loan business through dealers, DSAs, and direct customers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with used car dealers and channel partners.
Generate leads and convert them into business.
Conduct customer profiling and loan eligibility assessment.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and other teams for loan processing and disbursement.
Achieve monthly business targets and portfolio objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
Maintain MIS and business reports as required.
