Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update resource databases, trackers, and allocation reports.
Support demand management activities by tracking open positions and fulfilment
status.
Assist in resource allocation, release, and onboarding coordination.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly RMG reports and dashboards.
Track bench resources and maintain utilization-related data.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness across RMG systems and trackers.
Support workforce planning and capacity planning activities.
Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and management summaries.
Follow up on pending actions related to resource allocation, interviews, and
demand closures.
Required Skills
Positive knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Basic Formulas).
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and reporting tools is preferred.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Business Administration, Management or Computer Applications.
