Role Description This is a full time, in office Salesperson role based in Delhi, India. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting products and services, and guiding prospects through the sales process. Daily activities include managing leads, conducting client meetings, preparing quotations, and following up to close deals.

The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, reporting on performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service. The Salesperson will also monitor market trends,



gather customer feedback, and support promotional activities to help drive revenue and expand the company’s customer base.

Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset.
Basic understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting using standard office and CRM tools.
Comfortable working on-site, managing field visits and in-person meetings within Delhi and nearby regions.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in sales, retail, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum education typically at the high school or bachelor’s level; business or commerce background is beneficial.
Willingness to learn about the company’s products and services and adapt to changing market conditions.
