Urgent Requirement MBA Fresher (Apprenticeship Program)

We are urgently hiring MBA Freshers for our Apprenticeship role.

Key Responsibilities:
•

Key Responsibilities for YBH based roles in commercial cards
Drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for corporate cardscovering Corporate Cards, Purchase Cards, and Business Cards.
Monitor product KPIs (activation, spends, profitability) and implement datadriven improvements.
Support Sales & Key Accounts teams with product constructs, client pitches, and customization for enterprise clients.
Work closely with Product, Portfolio & Sales teams to bring in efficiency and contribute to business growth.

Desired Skills:
• Solid communication skills
• Basic accounting/financial knowledge
• Basic MS Excel skills
• High willingness to learn and grow

Qualification:
• MBA (Freshers)
