Job Description:

Position: Civil Project Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 12 - 18 Years

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:
Lead civil projects from concept planning, feasibility studies, budgeting, design review, and approvals through construction and completion.
Develop project schedules, CAPEX estimates, execution strategies, and resource plans.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and statutory authorities.
Review architectural, structural, and infrastructure drawings for constructability and compliance.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Manage tendering, contractor selection, contract administration, and billing certification.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, risk assessments, and stakeholder meetings.




Drive value engineering initiatives for cost optimization without compromising quality.
Oversee project handover, snag rectification, and documentation closure.

Required Skills:
Civil project management, construction planning, budgeting, and CAPEX estimation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, project scheduling, tendering, and contract management.
Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Robust leadership, contractor coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, and cost optimization skills.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Civil

Salary: - Upto 30.00 LPA
