Description
Job Description – Bottle Washer Operator
Key Responsibilities
• Operate the bottle washer machine as per SOP, work instructions, and production plan.
• Ensure proper washing, rinsing, and sanitization of bottles before filling.
• Monitor critical parameters such as:
o Caustic concentration
o Washing temperature
o Water pressure
o Conveyor speed
o Bottle soaking time
o Rinsing efficiency
• Check and maintain the required caustic solution concentration and temperature.
• Conduct regular inspection of washed bottles for:
o Dirt and foreign particles
o Residual chemicals
o Labels/glue
o Broken or chipped bottles
o Improper washing
