Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager - Process

Location: Sachin - Surat

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise chemical production processes, including batch preparation, raw material charging, reaction monitoring and product transfer.
Operate and monitor reactors, distillation systems, centrifuges and other process equipment.
Ensure production targets, batch cycle time, yield and product quality are achieved as per specifications.
Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH and flow rate during production.
Coordinate with QC, QA, maintenance and stores departments for smooth production operations.
Troubleshoot process deviations, equipment issues and production abnormalities.
Maintain batch manufacturing records, shift reports and process documentation.




Implement process optimization measures to improve yield, reduce cycle time and minimize material wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, environmental standards and housekeeping requirements.
Support process improvement activities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
