Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven MBA graduates to join us as Management Trainees. This role offers exposure to multiple business functions, helping candidates build a solid foundation in management, operations, and corporate processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day business operations and coordination across departments
Work closely with different teams to understand business workflows




Participate in client coordination and internal meetings
Conduct research, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes
Learn and contribute to process improvements and execution

Requirements
MBA (Completed or Pursuing)
Strong communication skills with fluent English
Basic understanding of management principles and business operations
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
