Handle daily billing and cash counter operations.
Process cash, card, UPI and other digital payments.
Generate accurate invoices using POS/billing software.
Manage returns, exchanges and billing adjustments.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and day-end closing.
Maintain billing records and payment reports.
Coordinate with sales and store teams for smooth billing.
Provide qualified customer service at the billing counter.
