Job Description:
Ensure uninterrupted operation of solar, wind, or hybrid power plants.
Monitor plant performance against generation targets and contractual commitments.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure high equipment reliability and plant availability.
Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for technical support and warranty claims.
Monitor key performance indicators such as Plant Availability, PR, CUF, and Energy Yield.
Analyze generation losses and identify prospects for performance improvement.
Track equipment health through SCADA and condition monitoring systems.
